Registration for lunch
Dear pupils, Dear parents!
Registration for lunch is as of now available online and cashless
How it works:
subsequently complete the following fields:
• school, school class
• personaldata -(childsurname!)
• bank details of account holder
• choose a password
• standard or vegetarian menu / choose requested days
• choose username or email address to register (if you wish to register more than one child, please create for each child an own account & username)
• You will receive confirmation by e-mail
Meal orders have to be placed by Thursday, 10:00 a.m. of the previous week. Entries received after the deadline cannot be considered due to organizational reasons!
The meal plan will always be updated two weeks in advance.
Payment is cashless for all pupils. The calculated sum will be debited from your account monthly. Bank details only have to be entered once per school year. Any bank fee charges due to uncovered accounts will be passed on to you.
Absence due to school free days, field trips, ski courses etc. have to be cancelled online
by Thursday, 10:00 a.m. of the previous week. In case of illness please inform us latest until 23:59 p.m. the previous day. The cancelations have to be places online “Menüs bestellen/stornieren”.
Later amendments are not possible!
De-registration from school:
We would like to point out that de-registration from school does not automatically result in a de- registration from lunch – this has to be done separately.
